At Trendis.in, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after order placement and initiate a full refund (if prepaid).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can use this link to track the live status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
If you are unavailable, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier or logistics disruptions

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
