1. Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective item
- Wrong item delivered
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
- You must provide images of the damaged/wrong item for verification.
👉 To request a return, email us at contact@trendis.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and item photos.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-refundable items:
- Clearance/sale items
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style issues (based on availability). If the item is out of stock, you can:
- Choose another product of equal value
- Request a full refund
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after cancellation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- We will contact you to collect your bank/UPI details after the return is approved.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.
